The deck overlooking the ocean is the width of the property footprint with sturdy glass panels separating you from the edge of the Continental United Sates. The setting is breathtaking. The deck is outfitted with a full-featured granite-topped grill, stainless steel and mesh furniture, and a gas fireplace. A perfect setting for entertaining day or night.

As you enter the property on the east side through huge teak doors, the courtyard patio features a stone zen garden surrounding a custom marble Jacuzzi, gas fireplace, and an outdoor seating area for 5 with awning. Here is a quiet place to enjoy drinks while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. High stucco walls make it a very private and intimate space. From your first glance through the courtyard teak doors to the house the ocean can be seen through the plate glass front doors and the main floor's west glass wall. The two-story living room is filled with avant-garde elegance and the warmth of natural light. The gas fireplace took 7 months to build and spans the height of the living room. A baby grand piano sits in the corner. The living room opens onto to the deck as does the adjacent dining area. A large gourmet kitchen has space enough for multiple chefs with granite counter tops and high-end appliances. Designed to capture both the ocean and private patio views, the kitchen also features an intimate breakfast dining area.

The first floor bedroom, with king bed and wide-screen TV, also opens through huge sliding glass doors onto the expansive deck. The adjacent first floor bathroom is an award-worthy design of glass, stainless, granite, marble and stone. Upstairs the master bedroom, with queen bed, has its own wide-screen TV, gas fireplace and private balcony.The master bathroom features a most unusual designer tub, double glass sinks, personal dressing table and marble shower for two. Above, on the third floor, is an exercise room equipped with a GTS gravity training system and a Le Meond fitness bicycle. Cross the suspended cat walk on the second floor to the third bedroom/office with a queen size futon and you will find an accompanying bath and yet another private balcony. Garage parking for one non-SUV car is included.
